Steps:

  • Prepare the baking dish and preheat the oven.
  • In a large bowl, whisk milk, coconut oil, honey, eggs and vanilla. Add to this mixture, the oat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir until just combined. Pour the batter into the baking dish.
  • To make the cranberry layer, mix cranberries, honey, oat flour, and lemon juice in a bowl. Spread the layer on top of the cake batter.
  • Now, make the crumble layer by mixing oats, oat flour, honey, and coconut oil. Pour it over the cranberry layer.
  • Bake it for 35-40 minutes.
  • Let it cool down, and serve with evening tea or coffee.
